City officials have called on community leaders and residents to honor a moment of silence for the victims of the bridge collapse during National Night Out gatherings tomorrow night.
The moment of silence will be observed from 6:05–6:06 p.m., which coincides with the time of the bridge collapse on Aug. 1. The faith community has also been asked to observe the moment of silence by ringing bells. The bells in City Hall’s clock tower will also ring during the moment of silence.
