Tonight — January 21 — is the benefit reception at Black Dog Coffee and Wine Bar in St. Paul, with Junkyard Empire and Pocket of Resistance. The reception highlights the “Looking Back, Moving Forward” photo exhibit, billed as “an exhibit of random moments caught on film during the Republican National Convention in St. Paul.” The benefit proceeds will go to the legal defense fund for the RNC 8.
Black Dog is located at 4th and Broadway in Lowertown, St. Paul.
You still have one week to submit photos to the exhibit, or just to drop in at Black Dog and see the works already on display by both amateur and professional photographers. Most of the photos are for sale, with 20% of the sale price going to the RNC 8 Legal Fund.
