COMMUNITY VOICES | 2013 MCTC Photo Portfolio Show, “Resolution”

This will be the last portfolio show for Jack Mader, the Photography and Digital Imaging program’s founder and lead faculty. Jack is phasing into retirement after a 25 year career at MCTC. Under the direction of portfolio advisors Jack Mader, Troy Braun, and Marilyn Indahl, twenty-four students of diverse photographic styles have assembled their presentation portfolios and chosen prints to be displayed on the gallery walls of the Vine Arts Center, in the Ivy Building for the Arts, 2637 27th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN. The event kicks off on Tuesday May 7th with an Industry Preview from 6pm to 9pm. On Wednesday May 8th, there will be a Motion Screening Night with a social hour from 6pm to 7pm and the screening will begin at 7pm. Thursday May 9th is the Friends and Family Reception from 6pm to 9pm. There will also be open gallery hours for the exhibit Wednesday, May 8th through Friday, May 10th, 2pm to 7pm.All are welcome to any of the shows events Continue Reading
