Riverfront Restoration at Pine Bend
Volunteers will learn about one of the most beautiful areas in the Upper Mississippi River Basin, Pine Bend Bluffs Scientific and Natural Area, and assist with critical habitat restoration work in this hidden gem. FMR staff will train volunteers to identify and remove invasive narrowleaf bittercress in an effort to improve the ecological health of the natural communities that are found there.

Pine Bend Riverfront Restoration
Come learn about one of the most beautiful areas in the Upper Mississippi River Basin and assist with critical habitat restoration work. FMR staff will train volunteers to identify and remove garlic mustard -- an herbaceous exotic plant invading many areas of Pine Bend SNA and out-competing native spring plant species.
