Discover Your Inner Wild: Wilderness Skills - Making Fire
Join a Dodge Nature Center naturalist for a class all about making fire. Learn how to create fire using techniques old and new. Develop skills making fires both by friction and flint and steel. Learn what materials will help guarantee sucess when lighting a one match fire. The program is designed for adults.
Pre-registration is encouraged.

Introduce your preschool-aged child to the wondrous natural world. Each topic will be explored through creative storytelling, music, puppetry, and more. Children will also learn about the earth by exploring art or visiting with live animals. Each class will take a short hike outside so please dress for the current weather conditions.
