FREE SPEECH ZONE | Have We No Decency?

Many years ago attorney Joseph Welsh asked our great American patriot, Senator Joe McCarthy, "Sir have you no decency?" This was during the McCarthy Communist witch-hunts on the Army. Today I ask have we no decency, no shred of righteous anger about the Israeli attacks and murder on the high seas of aid going to the besieged Gazans?MORE »

FREE SPEECH ZONE | The Gaza Freedom Flotilla

As I write this the Israeli Navy may be surrounding, boarding, detaining the crew and passengers of, and possibly disabling the six ships left in the Gaza Freedom Flotilla. (Two ships have experienced suspicious mechanical problems.) Israel has said that the ships are a "provocation," and that therefore it has a right to stop the mission.MORE »

Israel and Gaza: Holding members of Congress legally accountable

In legalistic terms, based on what I've observed, there is "probable cause" to believe the current members of Minnesota's Congressional delegation have violated their "oath of office" by "aiding or abetting" the international "war crimes" the State of Israel has apparently committed in Gaza.(1,2)MORE »

With the Palestinian death toll in Gaza passing 700 and conditions an on-the-ground doctor calls “the closest you come to a massacre,” the United States Senate has MORE »

Protesters occupy Klobuchar's office

A group of about 40 protesters on Tuesday afternoon took over Senator Amy Klobuchar's Minneapolis office, demanding that the Senator take a stand against the recent Israeli attacks on Gaza. After two hours, they got a meeting with Senator Klobuchar.

"We are not terrorists! And we are not extremists!" Randy Hammad, a Palestinian American said in a telephone interview with the Daily Planet.MORE »
