Panda Sandwich Sketch Comedy is excited to present a one-night-only sketch show featuring very secret Santas, a Big Hungry Bear, and shirtless boys turning into wolves.  The performance will consist of a 60-minute original sketch comedy show, followed by a series of sketches created during the night based off audience suggestions.

Join the Roseville String Ensemble and song leader Joel Johnson for the annual Roseville Area Community Carol Sing, 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, at Roseville Covenant Church, 2865 N. Hamline Ave. The free concert features sing-along carols, Christmas orchestral classics and pops, and ethnic music by the St. Mary's Balalaika Orchestra. Free refreshments will be served after the concert.

Abuela

So my only real experience with grandparents is my maternal abuela. I met my grandmother when I was eleven, when she moved to this country against her will. All through my adolescence and early adulthood, she rarely passed on an opportunity to remind everyone that she had never wanted to come to the United States and that it was her troublesome daughters who had brought her to this frigid nation.
