Biography

About me

A native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Zack Avre is a junior at Macalester College in St. Paul. He is a Geography major with a minor in Political Science and a concentration in Urban Studies.

Throughout high school and college, Zack has utilized various outlets for political and policy engagement. From leadership in school political organizations to community organizing to work with the U.S. Senate, he has immersed himself in issues of empowerment, civil rights, and social and economic justice. At MN2020, he hopes to apply his geography background and spatial analysis tools to his policy interests.
