Meredith White is a Mental Health Practitioner, blogger, and writer living in the Twin Cities. She has a degree in Psychology and Spanish, and uses writing as a way to explore her thoughts and observations about the human experience. Whether working with kids on the Autism Spectrum, traveling the world, or observing life right on the street where she lives, Meredith continues to explore what connects people to each other and what makes each of us unique. Most of the time, she is either looking for the next adventure or enjoying the one at hand.

Fire and Ice coming to Prospect Park February 4

On Saturday, February 4, Prospect Park residents young and old will convene at Luxton Park’s community center to spice up the winter.
