About me

Kyle Coombs is a freelance writer for the Twin Cities Daily Planet.

He grew up in Scotia, NY, a small city outside of Schenectady, which is outside of Albany. There he was a student in the Scotia-Glenville Central School District and graduated from Scotia-Glenville Senior High in 2010.

After graduating high school he came to Macalester College in St. Paul. He is an Economics major and Linguistics minor. He is also a staff writer for his campus paper, The Mac Weekly and participates in other organizations like Concert Choir and Mac Players.

After college he is still searching for plans, but options include teaching English abroad, applying for graduate school, joining the Peace Corps or street performing. The last depends on finding a performable talent.
