Mr. Barrett, I vote for

Mr. Barrett,
I vote for politicians who have the intestinal fortitude to stand up to mob rule and do the right thing. The new baseball park and the development that surrounds it is a win win for Minneapolis, for transit, for the North Side as well as the twins. Leave well enough alone.

Let’s get on with the stadium. Let’s get on with connecting commuter rail that already has the potential to connect Duluth, Minneapolis, Madison, Milwaukee and Chicago. The development including the stadium will be a lynchpin for this laudable endeavor.

As far as “no new taxes” is concerned the Hutchinson campaign educated anyone who was listening. We pay the same amount of taxes no matter what. Let’s spend some of those dollars to improve the inner city and continue the revitalization that has been going on for the last few years.
