Uptown is a photographer’s paradise. Its people are often artistic and adventurous so nearly everyone was game. Jeffrey captures the playful messages, which were always fun to photograph: “thank God for electronic check processing”, “Hey! Look over there!”, “Bacon makes everything Better”.
