Home rehab before and after

The home at 3142 22nd Ave S has been distressed for several years, including four foreclosures since 1997. Thanks to advocacy by CNO, Greater Metropolitan Housing Cooperation (GMHC) made the commitment and is delivering another quality, energy efficient, affordable home in Corcoran neighborhood.

GMHC takes on some of the toughest rehab projects, updating them so that new owners won't have to do anything for a minimum of five years. Nearly all of GMHC’s homes come with down payment assistance which helps people with low to moderate incomes become homeowners in our communities.

The new blue home already has a new family moving in once finishing work is completed later this year.
