Sunday, March 2: West End Mardi Gras III Tea Dance
1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Featuring the Southside Aces and their New Orleans Jazz, cash bar and menu a la carte of Creole jambalaya (from Louisiana!), red beans and rice. Bring your mask, costume, parasol and alter egos to this singular neighborhood event: the band promises two "parades".

Friday, March 14: Ramsey After Dark: Victorian Secrets
7 p.m. Mental illness, addiction, sexuality and birth control all were a part of Victorian life, but were never spoken of in public. Discover the "secrets" of the Victorian era in this 90 minute adult-themed program. Hear excerpts from Ramsey family letters and journals which provide glimpses into the private lives of the Ramsey family, their neighbors and friends. West End Artists: St. Paul arts scene gets $8M lift from Knight Foundation, $4.5 million for the Knight Arts Challenge: a community-wide contest looking to find and fund innovative arts ideas. 10am Learn how to stay connected with a friend, neighbor, co-worker or loved one who is struggling with the signs and symptoms of an emerging mental illness. How do you maintain a long-term relationship with a person managing the ebb and flow of a chronic mental illness?
