E-DEMOCRACY | The booms return to Minneapolis

Jim Mork: 3:44AM on Sunday, two loud booms. Wonder what it might be. Too loud, I think, to be gunfire.

Susan Winkelmann: I didn't hear the booming noise early this morning, but I have heard these loud booms in the past at least over a year ago. They would happen with regularity. Loud. Loud enough to rattle your house. And then I'd assume there would be some news report and there never was. Very strange.
