Minnesota Democrats through the Democratic Farmer Labor (DFL) party can claim to be among the most open political organizations in the world. The process begins again on February 7th with its local precinct (neighborhood) caucuses (meetings).

I produced this video through DFL Senate District 42 for Democratic Visions, a public issues cablecast TV program for the entire metro region.
