End of an era: A culture of camaraderie will be lost with Ford Plant closing
Like members of a family, employees of the Twin Cities Assembly Plant played jokes on each other and called each other by nicknames. The workers created a culture that many said will never be duplicated. In the video below, current and retired employees describe what will be lost with the closing of the Twin Cities Assembly Plant Dec. 16.
