UPDATED: Prosser ahead with newly-found votes after Kloppenberg declares victory in Wisconsin

UPDATED April 8: An election official in Waukesha County found 14,000 more votes, putting Prosser ahead by a no-recount lead of about 7,000. MinnPost summarizes: "Ohhhhhh, boy. The stuff you can’t make up in Wisconsin just keeps coming," and links to Wisconsin media.

April 6: This afternoon, JoAnne Kloppenburg declared victory over David Prosser for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice. According to the Associated Press, Kloppenburg has an unofficial lead of just over 200 votes after yesterday’s election.
