FREE SPEECH ZONE | Taste of Thailand

I have a bit of an obcessive personality. Sometimes it's trying to figure out how to perfect duo color swirls on cupcakes...other times it's finding the best chocolatier in town. For a long time, it's been trying to find the perfect pad thai. Not too sweet, but tangy. Not too spicy, but flavorful. Not too dry, but moist and springy when I chew on it. Pad thai. Is it really that hard?

I decided to check out Taste of Thailand's pad thai for lunch one cold fall day with two co-workers. My impressions:

1) The pad thai? It's not bad...a bit heavy on the white pepper side, but flavorful.

2) Service? We had a new waiter so we had to work with him through his growing pains.
