The Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center released a report in September entitled, "Shattered Hearts." It details the sexual abuse and trafficking of Native American women on and off Minnesota's reservations. KFAI's Allison Herrera sat down with director Suzanne Koepplinger to get the details.
