Kenny Neighborhood News and Events

Kenny is a residential city neighborhood that prides itself on its low crime, its active neighborhood association and its multi-generational population of approximately 3,500 persons living in 1,600 homes. The hidden-jewel of the Kenny neighborhood is Grass Lake, a 27-acre wetland located on the southern end of the neighborhood. In addition, the neighborhood is within walking distance of elementary and middle schools, a park and recreation center, a drug store, library, yoga center, fitness center, coffee house, Volvo dealership, hardware store, grocery store, liquor store, auto mechanics, bank, veterinarian and restaurants. The neighborhood has excellent bus service to downtown (15 minutes) and easy access to major highways.
