Bryant is a small neighborhood in South Minneapolis that has easy access to downtown via I-35 and striped bike lanes along Park and Portland Avenues and boasts modestly-priced home in a variety of styles.  Phelps Park and Recreation Center provide residents of all ages with recreational opportunities as does nearby Powderhorn Park.  38th Street offers neighborhood retail opportunities and residents are working to continually enhance this commercial corridor by offering façade improvement grants, participating in city-led planning and revitalization efforts.
