Armatage is a predominantly residential neighborhood, located in a quiet corner of Southwest Minneapolis. The neighborhood is conveniently close to downtown Minneapolis, the lakes, the airport, Mall of America and great local shops. Penn Avenue is home to most of our commercial activity, with several unique shops selling everything from yarn to hardware and Café Maude, a popular gathering spot where neighbors and visitors get together.
