Kahnke Brothers Tree Farm

Kahnke Brothers Tree Farm is a wholesale nursery grower of trees, shrubs and perennials. We produce evergreens, fruits, vines, hardy shrub roses and just about everything else you can imagine that is woody or perennial. Both potted and ball and burlap trees are available. Most of the plants we grow are installed on our own, commercial landscape jobs. However, we are open to the public every Saturday, from May 1st - November 1st. From 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM on these Saturdays, the public has the opportunity to purchase our plants at wholesale prices. We also schedule visits at other times by appointment. Each year, we hold two auctions. These auctions are held in May and September. We sell about 500 trees each time with no reserves or minimums. Fahey Sales conducts these auctions. Also on our auction days, we host a Minnesota-Made Market. Area farmers and crafters set up booths and market their wares to our auction attendees. It is really a lot of fun, and allows us to support our friends and neighbors while generating excitement about our event. Our company also provides planting, delivery and design consultation services.
