Purple lycra as a sheep cover? Sheep wear covers to keep their fleece clean, or to keep fairgoers from poking their fingers in the wool and making dents that take a lot of time to card out. The covers are usually white or unbleached cotton, but this sheep is making some kind of fashion statement.
