Twin Cities Labor Chorus/Lex Ham Community Theater Benefit for Locked Out Crystal Sugal Workers
07/31/2012 - 7:00pm - 8:30pm
It's our 2nd annual summer concert! Come raise a ruckus and join in songs of protest, workers struggle and a vision of a better world! We've got a lot of new music, many songs were written by members of the labor chorus, as well as labor drama, courtesy of the Lex-Ham Community Theater, and, of course, some good 'ol belting of some old time favorites. This concert will also be a benefit for the locked out workers at American Crystal Sugar, with at least a third of the proceeds going to help support their families as they fight for a fair contract.
