The Minnesota Fair Trade Coalition will mark this anniversary - and champion a positive vision for global trade - with a series of events Nov. 30 to Dec. 5.

Creative Kidstuff will open its flagship store November 10, 2009 at the Shops at West End in St. Louis Park, MN. The new store will take the place of the Ridge Square North shopping area location in Minnetonka, MN.
Clay Rice, silhouette artist and author, at Creative Kidstuff November 2-4
Clay Rice is a modern day silhouette artist. For more than 30 years, Rice has cut stunningly accurate silhouettes of children across the United States. Clay simply positions a child in front of a screen and light, then skillfully cuts a likeness using the tiny pair of scissors that his grandfather purchased at a dime store in 1930.

Halloween is coming early to Grand Avenue with Boo Bash, a "spooktacular" event to help families celebrate the fall season. Kids can trick-or-treat along Grand Avenue and enjoy a variety of fall themed activities hosted by local businesses.

Little Red Ball
Little Red Ball is a family-friendly event benefiting CHSFS. This year the Minnesota History Center comes alive the celebrate the 100th annual Little Red Stocking campaign. The evening includes dinner, activities like fun crafts and live performances for the entire family, an auction and access to the award-winning exhibits at the Minnesota History Center.
