Completely Kosher? come on it is either Kosher or not Kosher, sort of like being slightly pregnant, I will not buy it because it is not glatt. especially with the OU who actually have the nerve to put an OU glatt on chicken and I have seen some companies that have glatt on fish products, there are times I question the OU.
