Hypocracy and Double Standards

For all of the parents that say they only have their children's best interest in mind, I ask you: What about other people's children? What about that closeted, scared child or teenager that's walking around scared to death wondering what might happen if somebody finds out they like those of the same gender? Where's their protection?

And for those parents that say "Homosexuality is an abomination"(Lev. 18:21), what is a good price for selling you daughter into servitude?(Ex. 21:7) What about working on the Sabbath?(Ex. 35:2) Should all those people be put to death? Anybody like bacon, ham, pork sausage? You like football? What about Lev. 11:7? Uh, oh! There goes America's favorite sport.

Also, you can't only teach the history the parents WANT taught. In 1776, OUR forefathers decided the King of England wasn't treating them with the BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS they were born with. In the 1960's, African Americans decided they weren't being treated with the BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS they were born with. The Stonewall Riots of 1969 were OUR civil rights movement! OUR American Revolution! That's when WE decided WE WEREN'T GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!

All aspects of AMERICAN History should be taught, not just some. That's just plain CENSORSHIP.
