What saddens me the most is ignorance by the world of our people in Laos and Thailand that are feeling the repercussions of this incident incited by the “General’s” crazy idea.
We must let everyone know our people are dying at this moment. With that said, the “General” is an idiot to believe the CIA would help since there are no “terrorists” or “oil” in Laos.
The “General” fell into their trap because the thought of ruling over people in Laos is what he has always hunger for and still does.
Hmong people want to lead but cannot be leaders because they let their clan ideology and roots overtake them. I have seen many young and old Hmong step into that position and only be dragged down by the clan infrastructure of lust for power, greed, and rule over another.
