It' s not just new affordable housing and new small businesses that revitalize a neighborhood. Art inspired by the life of the community is as necessary as, housing, food, water, air, and meaningful work to our well-being.
Angela Carlson's mosaic should not be considered an obstacle. It should be treasured, protected and given a place of honor right at the center of the positive change evolving at the four corners of Franklin and Portland....
I invite all who usually travel by Peace House to STOP and spend time looking at the mosaic.
Even if you don't know how it can be saved...let us know what you think of it and if you support saving it.
