Thx for posting! I'm just sorry I didn't get a chance to read it until today. What I'm confused by is...your point. This is not a loan. This is a grant...an opportunity. A 'vetted' endorsement of an idea that can be a pathway out of poverty. Thank you for sharing your perspective. Yet, it doesn't really fit the story nor the program discussed in this story. Grant = Gifted Money What it isn't is a debt to be paid. RDykoski
