Applicants should have an interest in capital projects and the ability to work with a large advisory committee as a team member. Seward Coop Art Wall
Thank you for this article. I am a Seward resident who rather liked the wall, but didn’t know how it came to be. You filled in the gaps about its origins and gave the artists an opportunity to vindicate themselves. I appreciate that.
