Engaging a changing community

The biggest challenge for the East Side is the number of vacant buildings and foreclosed homes. Many of our area schools will be starting soon. The supply list for each student seems to get longer and more expensive every year, Imagine not being able to afford those supplies. The economy has hit everyone and those in need the most dramatically.
