NEIGHBORHOOD NOTES | Winter Carnival in Como Park
The St. Paul Winter Carnival is our chance to celebrate winter-the cold, the ice, the snow. Several events are scheduled for the Como area which means you don't even have to fire up your car to get there. Here is a partial list of events happening in the neighborhood.

From Ice Palaces to Hot Air Balloons: The St. Paul Winter Carnival & the White Bear Area
Explore the history of the St. Paul Winter Carnival and its connections to the White Bear area dating back to the late 19th century through this illustrated presentation with the White Bear Lake Area Historical Society. Attendees are encouraged to bring memorabilia and photos to share after the program.
