Project Opera on Access to Art
May 19, 2008
Project Opera, a program of the Minnesota Opera, teaches young people from grades 4 through high school the fundamentals of operatic singing and performance. Their high school-aged ensemble puts on a fully staged opera every spring. Access to Art Correspondent Beth Peloff attended a rehearsal and performance of the Nightingale, their current production.
Also—at the Spirit in the House theater festival, Elizabeth O’Sullivan performs an excerpt from her piece “Witnessing to a Murder” and Access to Art host Tom Cassidy talks with her.
