Triangle Park Creative

Juxtaposition Arts

Having established themselves as serious artists while in high school and college, Petyon and Roger reconnected in 1993. They discovered common goals regarding their artistic aspirations as well as the desire to use the arts to strengthen the communities from which they came.

From this commitment to both art education and local communities, Juxtaposition Arts was born. Peyton and Roger’s programs are based on a college level model and includ hands on art creation, art critique and interpretation, the study of art history, and youth art exhibitions. They basically designed their youth projects in line with the kind of programs they wished they had had as children.
