Law firm Merchant & Gould merges with competitor
Minneapolis-based intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould will merge with Welsh & Katz in Chicago effective January 1, 2006. Welsh & Katz also focuses on intellectual property law.
The combined firm will have more than 160 attorneys and six offices, located in Minneapolis, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Seattle and Washington, D.C.
